| Yu-Gi-Oh satire banned? |
 |
A Yu-Gi-Oh parody was recently deleted, Is
this a case of Copyright Violations V's our
legal right to "fair use" for producing
parody?
Was youtube wrong to bow to the will of the
Yu-Gi-Oh copyright holder in this case?
Did it stomp all over the users legally
defensible right to use this Yu-Gi-Oh
material under "fair use" laws for the
purpose of satire?
Will they get away with it simply because
folk like us can't afford the legal fees to
fight this crap?
