Episode 1
Neo-Image, a slick Western style salon with
hairdressers that are nicknamed the Magicians
of Love, opens across the street from the
shop Xiao Bei works at and gathers much of
the media's attention. Xiao Bei, although
only experienced with military style
haircuts, is invited to participate in a
competition against a French hairdresser
hosted by a beauty product company. The
director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
asks Artz Du and his team of hairdressers to
be the representative of their country to not
be humiliated by the company's intentions to
bring up the brand's reputation by hiring an
unskilled Chinese hairdresser. Upon her
return, she goes to Artz Du, the director of
Neo-Image...
