| Reservoir Dogs: Blue Swede - Hooked on a Feeling |
 |
"Hooked on a Feeling" is a 1969 pop song
written by Mark James originally performed by
B. J. Thomas. Featuring the sound of the
electric Sitar, that version reached number
five in 1969 on the Billboard Hot 100. This
then had two successful covers:
In 1974 the Swedish pop group Blue Swede with
Björn Skifs as lead singer did a cover, with
the ooka shaka introduction, that reached
number one in the USA, and was revived on the
Reservoir Dogs soundtrack in 1992. It briefly
appeared in the scene where the cops follow
Mr. Orange.
Lyrics ..
Ouga Chaka ouga! ....
I can't stop this feeling
Deep inside of me.
Girl, you just don't realize
What you do to me.
When you hold me
In your arms so tight,
You let me know,
Everythings alright, ahahah
I'm hooked on a feeling,
I'm high on believing,
That your in love with me.
Lips as sweet as candy.
Their taste stays on my mind.
Girl, you keep me thirsty for another cup of
wine.
I got it bad for you girl,
But I don't need a cure,
I'll just stay addicted, If I can endure
All the good love, when we're all alone
Keep it up girl, yeah you turn me on.
I'mmm, I'mmm Hooked on a feeling.
I'm high on believing that your in love with
me.
All the good love, when we're all alone
Keep it up girl, yeah you turn me on.
Ahaha I'm hooked on a feeling,
I'm high on believing,
That your in love with me.
I'm hooked on a feeling,
I'm high on believing,
That your in love with me.
I say I'm hooked on a feeling,
And I'm high on believing,
That your in love with me.
I'm hooked on a feeling. Tags : Reservoir Dogs Hooked on Feeling Blue Swede 1969 pop oldie |
