Türkiyede İletişimde kullanıcılarından
kontör çalarak AVEA'nın onursuz
yükselmesini sağlayan ender
üçkağıtçılardan biri.
Üç aydır, kontör yükler yüklemez
hesabımdan toz olup uçan kontörlerimin
hesabını
Avea'dan sordum. Avea, Flycell'e
yönlendirdi. Flycell ise "üye olmuşsunuz,
telefonunuza gelen onay kodunu internetten
girmişsiniz. Kontörlerinizi geri
veremeyiz." dedi. Halbuki ben paralı bir
hizmete üye falan olduğumu
hatırlamıyorum. Önce ücretsiz diyorlar,
sonra haber bile vermeden servis ücreti
olarak haftalık 25 sms/50 kontör
alıyorlar. Modern soygun diye ben buna
derim.
Yani 150 kontörümü cukka etmiş oldular.
slında benden size bir tavsiye, bu olaydan
canınız yandıysa bu kişileri
yanıltıcı reklam yayınlamaktan mahkemeye
verin. Uyarıcı yazının çok küçük
gördündügünü KOCAMAN harflerle BEDAVA
diye yazdıgını ama bedava denilirken
sadece 1 veya 2 melodinin bedava oldugunu
geriye kalanların küçük harflerle
yazıldıgını bunun yanıltıcı oldugunu
vs. iddia edin.
Bence bu işler savcılıga müracat ile
olmaz.
Avukat tutup dava açmanız gerekiyor.
Savcılık bununla ilgilenmeyebilir.
50 100 kontor için avukat parası mı
verecegim denilebilir ama çok gıcık olan
biri varsa yapabilir bence. Hem bunu
yapmanın da hayrı büyüktür Fakir
fukaranın
bogazından kesip aldıgı kontorler için
sevap bile olur yani.
Birde o GSM operatorleri izin vermese olmaz.
Yaptıkları şey yanlış. Türkiye'de 3
tane operator var ve anladıgım kadarıyla 3
operator de bu işe göz yummuş durumda. Bu
operatorlerden 1 tanesi bunu
kaldırmadıgına göre operatorlerin rantı
da büyük.
HErşeyi kanunlara uygun yaptıklarını
düşünüyor olmalılar. Çünkü iptal
etmek
isteyenlere "Ä°stediÄŸiniz yere ÅŸikayet
edin, mahkemeye gidin" diye meydan
okuduklarını duydum. (Flycell müş.
hizmetleri)
Ama yinede reklamın yanıltıcılıgı
bakımından tutturabilriseniz mahkemede
kazanabilirsiniz diye düşünüyorum.

Elimden gelen herseyi yapacagım bu
dolandırıcılar icin. Ben de vodaphone
kullanıcısıyım ve 15 ytl yansıtılmıs
faturama flycell den dolayı. dusunsenize
milyonlarca insan bu tufaya dusse
goturdukleri paranın haddi hesabı
yok.Kanundaki bosluklardan faydalanıyorlar.
Ben elimden geldigince bunları gerken gazete
ve kurumlara sikayet edicem. En
azından diger insanlar magdur olmasın!
