| Warhammer Online Beta Class Previews: The Chaos Marauder |
 |
Now for the sickest looking, twisted and
mutated killer in the game: the Marauder.
This guy is really cool looking and is one of
the few non tank, non stealthy melee dps
classes left in the game after 2 were cut
from production a few months ago. The
Marauder offers some unique looks and game
play mechanics via mutations. I have not
played one much in beta yet, but it is
something I plan to do and will try to bring
you some RVR and/or scenario footage as soon
as I am able so look for updates if you are
interested in the Marauder. For now I bring
you this introductory "hands on" video until
I can get more in production.
The video below covers armor, the Chaos Tier
4 keep, armor dyes, Chaos mount and a
detailed look at the Marauder's mutations:
* Oh and just a note on this video, I
repeatedly mistakenly called the Marauder's
mutations "paths". To be technically correct,
the Mutations are called "gifts". Gift of
Brutality, etc. Tags : machinima machinima.com War Warhammer Online beta Beta Marauder Chaos Keeps |

Rappin' about CERN's Large Hadron Collider!

Apparently YouTube fixed the sound! Still,
Will Barras made two options trying to get
around the original problems:

There has been a lot of interest in the
original mp3, lyrics, and vocals for
remixing. You can find all that here:

There's also been interest in translation.
You can get a subtitle-free version from

without Hawking-style voice):

Go ahead and translate, rap it, and post it!
Just give us a shout-out, and it's probably a
good idea to include the following credits

The talented dancers doubled as camera
people, with some work by Neil Dixon. Stock
footage is CERN's.
Will Barras is responsible for the killa

And thanks to MC Hawking, who first thought
of using computer-voice to bring Stephen
Hawking to the world of rap :-)

The rapper has a day job (we agree this is a
good thing) as a science writer.

They'll have a lot of data to sort. 15
million GB per year, actually. Want to get
involved and donate your computer's downtime?
