Blyss is in a new phase of life
She is expecting her love to arrive...
So she takes in a pickle or two or quite a
few while she patiently waits.

With great sadness and resentment, I have to
inform you all that Kahlilla floated to
heaven on August 25, 2008. We love you
beautiful Fairy Queen. We will remember you
always and forever and ever. Have a blast up
in Heaven.
"Lilla was a healthy, happy 2-year-old child
until October 2005. After many diagnostic
tests she has now been diagnosed with a
stage4 Neuroblastoma.
Against some long odds, Kahlilla was declared
in remission in May 2006, after many months
of chemotherapy, surgery and a stem cell
transplant
In April 2007, Kahlilla relapsed."
Unfortunatly, Lilly is not doing very well.
This was a journal entry written on August
12: "Despite these beautiful photos of
Kahlilla, we had a very frank discussion with
her doctors about Kahlilla's deteriorating
health. The morphine is continually
increasing yet her pain is still breaking
through as the cancer grows.
We have accepted that the time will soon come
to stop the blood transfusions and just let
her go peacefully."
"This is crap," says Lil, "It is not fair."
She is very right.
