| amazing 50 mm rifle shot |
 |
The target, a steel plate, was 100 yards
away.
You can hear the ping of the hit, and then
the bullet comes back and hits his earmuffs
on his head. The footage is amazing. You can
hear the bullet as it tumbles through the air
on its course back toward the shooter. Tags : gun lucky darwin |

| Nikon 50mm Æ’/1.4D AF |
 |
This video explains into depth about using
Nikon's "mini-me" bokeh machine 50mm Æ’/1.4D
AF.
Note: Sorry for the typo - it is not "ED"
(Extra-low Dispersion) or "IF" (Internal
Focus) design.
Enjoy.

UPDATE (10/14/08): Many people are confused
which 50mm prime to get: 50mm Æ’/1.4D AF or
50mm Æ’/1.8D AF - the reason why there are
two variations is one is designed for low
light performance and one is for using low
apertures.
50mm Æ’/1.4D is ideal for low light
photography where you will be using apertures
from F/1.4 to F/4 then lens diffraction
occurs on lower apertures beyond F/4.
50mm Æ’/1.8D AF is ideal for using low
apertures where you need more depth of field
when using F/5.6 to F/8 (DX, F/16 for FX).
F/1.4 - F/4 = 50mm Æ’/1.4D AF
F/5.6-F/8 (DX, F/16 for FX) = 50mm Æ’/1.8D AF Tags : Nikon Nikkor 50mm 1.4 1.8 Bokeh Out of Focus OOF DOF Shallow depth field |

| Nikon 50mm Æ’/1.8D AF |
 |
This video is a hands-on review of Nikon's
famous 'poor man's' prime lens of Nikon 50mm
Æ’/1.8D AF. Enjoy.
INCOMPATIBLE CAMERAS - the autofocus will not
work on these models: Nikon D40, Nikon D40X,
Nikon D60, and any older 35mm film SLR's such
as F, F2, and F3. It requires you to focus
this AF-D lens manually.
