Jose Manuel Barroso, President of the
European Commission - the executive body of
the EU - likens the union to a empire.
He made this comment in response to a
question: What will the European Union be in
the future? Asked at a press conference in
the European Parliament in Strasbourg.

Note on the rejected EU Constitution and
Lisbon Treaty:
The people of France and the Netherlands
rejected the proposed EU constitution in the
2005 referendums. After this, other countries
cancelled a promised referendum and the EU
Constitution was re-written as an "amending
treaty" or a "reform treaty" and named
"Treaty of Lisbon".
On the basis of this deceit, they claimed
that no referendums are necessary on the
Lisbon Treaty. Ireland was constitutionally
required to hold a referendum and on the 12
June 2008 the people of Ireland gave a
resounding No to Lisbon. Yet this vote is not
being respected and the rule of law is being
ignored. The EU leaders agreed at the June
19-20 EU Summit that ratifications must go
on. Moreover, no other government is asking
the people.
The Lisbon Treaty establishes a new "European
Union" with joint citizenship - an EU
"federal" State that is technically and
politically empowered to centralize more
power in Brussels. The treaty also stipulates
the militarisation of the Union in order to
'police the world' just like the US does
today.

Members of We are Change UK were at the
European Parliament in Brussels to watch the
Premiere of Zero, a new film that questions
the official version of events on 9/11. A
panel of guests were in attendance to answer
questions before and after the film. These
included David Ray Griffin, Yukisha Fujita MP
and Giullietto Chiesa MEP.
David Ray Griffin is one of the leading
authors on 9/11, having written 6 books on
the subject. His newest book looks at the 25
largest contradictions in the 9/11 Commission
Report.

Yukihisa Fujita is a Japanese opposition MP
who recently questioned the Japanese Prime

Amazingly badass performance. Must see.
Sorry for the poor video quality - this video
predates the broadband era so it inherently
looks like garbage. Of course, I encoded the
audio at 160kbps and used the AVC codec, so
the file conversion is as good as it gets. If
anybody has an upgrade, I'll encode it.
This concert also includes filmed
performances of Rudie Can't Fail, London
Calling, White Man in Hammersmith Palais,
Tommy Gun, and White Riot. I have posted
those as well (go to my user profile).
Note: This video is already on youtube, but I
figured I'd upload it anyway because this
version doesn't have the annoying watermark
that the other one does, for those who

what have you.
